The wound has dried up completely now after treating the wound as you suggested so the nurse has signed him off today. As the skin around the wound is very dry she has arranged for me to collect a cream from the dispensary.
Ken is walking very well now and straight but I think he may be trying to do too much without resting the leg when I am in work, as in the evening he has pain in his muscles and the foot swells slightly. There is great improvement which is amazing after only 4 weeks.
